Payment Methods
We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, Chime, Greendot, Venmo, cashier’s checks, and Apple Pay. For bank transfers, please contact us in advance to arrange and obtain our bank details.
For international orders, please be aware that local import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees may apply upon entry into your country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping costs. We will provide all necessary customs forms and documentation to ensure your order reaches you with minimal delay. If you have specific requirements, please feel free to contact us to discuss them.
Non-Deliveries and Discrepancies
If your order has not arrived, it is important to inform us within 7 days of receiving your shipping notification for domestic orders, and within 3 weeks for international orders. Carriers will not take responsibility unless notified within these time frames. If the issue is not reported within this period, the consignee will be held responsible.
Damaged Goods
In the event that you receive damaged goods, please retain all packaging materials and inform us of the damage immediately. We require photographic evidence of the damage, which should be sent via email to support@autobodybazaar.com. All packaging materials must be kept available for inspection by the carrier. Do not return any damaged items unless instructed to do so. See our Returns for more details.
Returns
If you receive faulty or incorrect items, we will resolve the issue. To ensure prompt handling, please follow these steps:
- Contact us before returning any items, and do not send anything back without our guidance. Keep all packaging materials if the goods are damaged.
- If the mistake is ours, we will replace the goods at no additional charge. In other cases, a handling fee will apply.
- When returning an item, include a note stating the reason for return and your contact details.
Failure to follow these instructions may result in us refusing the return. International returns may incur additional customs and shipping charges and must be marked as “Goods of U.K. origin, returned faulty.”
All parts are covered by a standard warranty, limited to the value of the item.
Exchange Units
We offer a rebuild service for many components in our product range. This is an alternative to directly replacing parts, or when a new item is no longer available. Please note the following for our exchange scheme:
- “Rebuilt” parts are not brand new. The rebuilding process involves disassembling, cleaning, inspecting, and reassembling the unit. Worn parts will be replaced or refurbished, but major subcomponents (e.g., the engine block) may not be replaced with new parts.
- Some parts are offered on a “one-for-one” exchange basis, meaning you must provide a suitable unit for us to release a rebuilt part. In some cases, only your own unit can be reconditioned. All exchange units are subject to a surcharge, which serves as an incentive for you to return your old unit and provides financial coverage if your returned unit is unsuitable for exchange.
- The suitability of your returned unit for exchange will be determined upon inspection. Units beyond reasonable repair (e.g., a broken shock absorber casting) or those returned incomplete (e.g., missing bearings or parts) will not be accepted. Surcharges will only be refunded once the unit is confirmed as serviceable. Please contact us if you have any doubts.
- In some instances, when new parts are unavailable, we may provide a good used item as a substitute. All such items will be inspected for suitability, and we will refund the cost if the item is returned as unacceptable.
Trades Description Act
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions in our catalogs and on our website comply with the Trades Description Act. However, if you find any discrepancies, please bring them to our attention so we can address the matter promptly.
