This supercharger kit uses components similar to the MGB system, with the main difference being a smaller drive pulley to accommodate the vent tube support structure, and a generator pulley is included. No modifications are required to the engine compartment, and the conversion can be fully reversed.
Additionally, we offer a conversion kit to replace the original generator with an alternator. The upgraded alternator features more durable bearings, ensuring better long-term vehicle performance. The kit includes a high-output alternator and full instructions for converting the vehicle from positive to negative ground.
Note: These kits are intended for engines in good condition, with the original compression ratio and properly functioning distributor and fuel system. Any increases in compression from block or head modifications, worn distributor components, or a weak fuel pump can lead to damaging detonation under load.
